Most players know the Third Sea exists, but getting there isn't as simple as reaching a level requirement. There's a specific quest you need to complete first, and if you don't know what to look for, it's easy to miss.

Requirements to Access the Third Sea
To unlock the Third Sea, you need to reach at least level 1,500 and complete a short storyline questline involving King Red Head, rip_indra, and Mr. Captain. There are no shortcuts here; you have to grind through the Second Sea until you hit that milestone.
Once you reach level 1,500, completing the Colosseum Quest, defeating Don Swan, and helping King Red Head fight rip_indra are all required before you can travel there.
Step 1: Complete the Colosseum Quest
When you hit level 1,500, you'll see an on-screen message: "Congratulations on reaching Level 1,500! Ready to go to the next world? Save and talk to the NPC jailed in Colosseum!" Head to the underground prison in the Colosseum, located in the Kingdom of Rose, and talk to King Red Head.
Step 2: Defeat Don Swan
If you haven't defeated Don Swan yet, King Red Head will ask you to do that first. To access Don Swan, talk to Trevor inside the Mansion and offer him a fruit worth over 1,000,000 Beli.
A Quake fruit works well here since it's one of the more common legendary fruits. After handing over the fruit, head into Don Swan's room in the right wing of the Mansion and defeat him.
Step 3: Help King Red Head Fight rip_indra
Once Don Swan is defeated, go back to King Red Head in the secret room under the Colosseum. He'll ask you to "disrespect" rip_indra. Select the "Let us begin!" dialogue, and you'll be teleported to Indra Island.
A cutscene of the King Red Head vs. Rip Indra battle will play. After the cutscene ends and King Red Head loses, rip_indra will take him away, and you'll be teleported back to the Café in the Kingdom of Rose.
How to Travel to the Third Sea
From the Café, head to the Green Zone docks, also called Docks 3, and talk to the Mr. Captain NPC. He'll ask you: "I can take you to the Third Sea. Would you like to go?" Select "Yes," and you'll be teleported to the Third Sea. You'll arrive at Port Town, which is your starting point for everything the Third Sea has to offer
