What Is the Fairy Biome

The Fairy Biome is a mini biome populated by Fairies and Mushroom Wolves, accessible once you reach campfire level 2. The area features a unique structure called the Mother Tree, which serves as the central point of interest.
The biome has teal-colored grass, mushroom-encrusted boulders, and brightwood trees. Mushroom circles appear throughout instead of typical flower circles. Any site that spawns in the regular forest biome can also generate here, including child caves, playgrounds, and cultist circles.

How to Revive the Mother Tree

The main goal of the Fairy Biome is to revive the Mother Tree by reconnecting its roots to enchanted pools scattered nearby. This process requires acorns, which drop from Mushroom Wolves when you kill them. Once you have acorns, head to the Mother Tree at the center of the Fairy Biome. Look closely at the roots, and you will see glowing points along the broken root paths.
These glowing spots mark where acorns can be planted. Take an acorn from your inventory, stand close to a glowing root section, and press E until the action registers. If it does not work, reposition slightly and try again. After planting, the root instantly extends toward the planted acorn.
Once all roots connect to the enchanted pools, a blue chest unlocks at the Mother Tree. This chest always contains an Enchanted Farm Tablet and may also include:
- Strong Axe
- Morningstar
- Gem of the Forest Fragment
- Rifle
- Giant Sack
- Cultist Gem.

Once you hit campfire level 2, the Fairy Biome is worth exploring early and often.
