Once you arrive, head to the central dojo building and you'll find Jinwoo standing inside. There's a 7% base drop chance per kill, which can be increased by equipping Luck-boosting accessories and Titles.
The catch is that Jinwoo shares his spawn point with Alucard, the Vampire King. The two bosses alternate, so if Alucard is up when you arrive, you'll need to defeat him first before Jinwoo spawns. Rather than waiting around for the next rotation, server hopping is the better move. Leave the server and join another where Solo Hunter may already be alive, giving you more kills per hour and more chances at the drop.
