How to Get Gingerbread House

TL;DR
The only way to get it today is through trading, and it goes for around 4.5K gems, with the shiny version at around 100K gems. Maxing it costs $13,700 and gives you up to $1,750 extra per wave while it attacks at the same time.
Gingerbread House is one of the few units in Toilet Tower Defense that makes you money and kills toilets at the same time. It was added in the Christmas Event Update on December 14, 2024, and it was the first Godly farm unit the game ever had.
What Is Gingerbread House in TTD?
Gingerbread House is a Godly farm unit that adds extra cash on top of your normal income every wave. What makes it different from most farms is that it also attacks. At level 1, it costs only $200 to place and already deals 2,000 damage every 2 seconds, so you can drop it on the first wave and it pulls its weight right away.
Most farm units just sit there until you need the money. Gingerbread House doesn't have that problem, which is why it is still one of the strongest farms from the Christmas lineup.

How to Get Gingerbread House?

Gingerbread House was the reward for the Christmas tree tasks during the Christmas Event 2024. To claim it, you had to complete 8 ornament tasks and find 12 hidden presents spread across the lobby, the Trading Plaza, Drill World and Santa's Workshop. The tasks included beating Santa's Workshop on easy and hard, beating Abysmal Mode, and opening 10 Christmas Crates.
When the event launched, two of the tasks were locked as "coming soon", so nobody could claim the unit until the Winter Spotlight update on December 17, 2024. The event closed with the Clock Mode V2 Update, and Gingerbread House has been unobtainable since then, according to the TTD Wiki.
Today, you can only get it through trading, the Marketplace, the Post Office, or by opening any old crates that still contain it. If you don't want to wait on trade offers, you can buy it from the BloxBoom TTD shop and get it delivered by bot in a few minutes.
Is It Good?

It takes 8 levels and $13,700 in total to max Gingerbread House. At level 5, which costs $2,700 in total, it already deals 20,000 damage every second with 40 range and adds $750 per wave. At max level, it deals 50,000 damage every second, has 55 range and adds $1,750 per wave. A full set of maxed houses tops out at $7,000 per wave, which ties Titan Printer Man for the highest income of any farm unit.
The best combo is pairing it with Santa TV Man. Placing 3 Santa TV Men and 2 Gingerbread Houses brings in $9,500 per wave. Both units cost the same $13,700 to max, so you can upgrade them side by side without falling behind on either one.
What most players miss is that the last two upgrades cost $9,000 combined for only $750 more income per wave. Get your defense stable first, then push levels 7 and 8.

Conclusion
Gingerbread House is still worth picking up if you want a farm that defends for you, especially since it is cheap compared to most Godly units. Its low demand works in your favor as a buyer, so don't overpay. Offer below the listed value first, and once you have it, run it with Santa TV Man to get the most money out of every wave.
