Lightbringer MM2: Value and How to Get It
See the current Lightbringer value in MM2, what Chroma Lightbringer is worth, and how to get it from Mystery Box 2 or trading.
TL;DR
Lightbringer is worth 33 to 37 in MM2, depending on the value list, with low demand and a Stable value. Chroma Lightbringer sits at 55 to 65. You can still unbox both from Mystery Box 2 for 1,000 Coins, but the Godly odds are tiny, so trading is the faster way to get it.
Lightbringer is a Godly gun in Murder Mystery 2 that came out with the March 2020 Update. It's one of the few Godlies you can still pull straight from the shop, since the box it drops from has never been taken out of the game.
That's also the reason its value stays low. New copies enter the game every day, so Lightbringer sits near the bottom of the Godly tier, and older value lists with higher numbers can easily make you overpay. Before you trade for it or give it away, you need to know its real number.
In this article, we'll explore what Lightbringer is in MM2, how much it and its Chroma version are worth right now, and how to get it.

What Is Lightbringer in MM2?
Lightbringer is a Godly gun with a white and silver body, gold trim, and a fan of gold wings on the frame. It was designed by IDontHaveAUse and released on March 5, 2020, together with Mystery Box 2. You can check its full history on the Lightbringer wiki page.
It pairs with Darkbringer, its black and red counterpart from the same box, to complete the Bringer Set. Both guns have Chroma versions in that box too. One thing to know before you collect extras: Lightbringer can't be salvaged at the crafting station, so a spare copy is only useful as a trade. How Much Is Lightbringer Worth in MM2?
All three main value lists rate Lightbringer as Stable, and they're only a few points apart. Here's how they compare:
| Value List | Lightbringer | Chroma Lightbringer | Demand |
| MM2Values | 33 | 55 | 2/10 |
| BloxSwaps | 35 | 61 | Low |
| Game.Guide | 37 | 65 | Very Low |
Use 35 as the fair number for the regular gun and about 60 for the Chroma. For real money, Lightbringer sells for around $3 to $4 on third-party marketplaces.
Why Lightbringer's Value Stays Low
Mystery Box 2 is still in the shop, so every player who opens it has a chance at a fresh Lightbringer. Supply never stops growing, and that keeps its demand at 2 out of 10 or lower on every list.
Is Lightbringer Better Than Sugar?
On value, they're almost the same. MM2Values lists Sugar at 33, the same as Lightbringer, but Lightbringer has slightly higher demand (2 against 1.5), so it's the easier one to trade away later. Darkbringer is close too at 35.
Chroma Darkbringer Is Worth More
This is the part most players miss. MM2Values lists Chroma Darkbringer at 60 and Chroma Lightbringer at 55, even though they come from the same box. If someone offers a straight swap between the two Chromas, you're the one losing value if you give up the Darkbringer.

How to Get Lightbringer in MM2
Unbox It From Mystery Box 2
Open the shop and buy Mystery Box 2 for 1,000 Coins, 100 Diamonds, or 1 Mystery Key. Spend Coins, since you earn them for free by playing and Diamonds open the same box with the same odds. The catch is the drop rate. BloxSwaps lists Lightbringer at about 0.2% per box, and the Chroma version is far rarer, so treat any unboxing as a bonus rather than a plan.
Trade for It
You need to be level 10 to unlock trading. With demand this low, you shouldn't overpay. Darkbringer (35) is a one-for-one, or you can offer Sugar (33) with a small add. For Chroma Lightbringer, aim for about 60 in value, like a regular Lightbringer plus a Green Luger (25).
Always check the trade window before you confirm. Lightbringer and Darkbringer share the same model, so make sure you're getting the white-and-gold gun and that a Chroma offer is actuallyChroma.
Buy It
If you'd rather skip box spins and trading servers, you can pick up MM2 Godlies on BloxBoom's MM2 store. An automated bot delivers 97% of orders in under 4 minutes, and live support is available 24/7.

Conclusion
Lightbringer is worth about 35, and its Chroma about 60, and neither has much demand behind it. Spend your free Coins on Mystery Box 2 if you want to try your luck, but trade for it at the current number instead of paying older list prices, and double-check the trade window since both Bringer guns share the same model.
