What You Need to Get the Ghoul Race

To get the Ghoul race, you need to be at least level 1,000 and have two items:
- 100 Ectoplasm: drops from NPCs inside the Cursed Ship. Each kill gives you a chance at one drop, so expect some grinding before you hit 100.
- Hellfire Torch: obtained by defeating the Cursed Captain at the Cursed Ship. It's a rare drop, so expect several attempts before it shows up.
Once you have both, head to the kitchen inside the Cursed Ship and talk to the Experimic NPC. Hand over the items, and he will change your race to Ghoul permanently.

Blox Fruits Ghoul Race All Versions
The Ghoul race has four versions, each adding new abilities on top of the previous one. Here is what each version gives you:
V1 Slightly increased health regeneration and a 30% boost to run speed at night only.
V2 Unlocks Life Leech on fighting style attacks. You heal back 25% of damage dealt to players and 5% against NPCs. No visual changes at this stage.
V3 Unlocks Heightened Senses. When activated, it buffs your damage by 5%, speed by 20%, and defense by 15%. It also lets you use moves when at 40% cooldown. Lasts 8 seconds with a 30 second cooldown. Your horns also visually lengthen at this stage.
V4 The final version, unlocked through Race Awakening. It adds two main abilities:
- Blood Siphon - All attacks gain life leech that stacks with the V2 passive. Heals roughly 10% on NPCs and 24% on players, doubling if you use a fighting style.
- Domain Expansion - Creates a dark field around you that slows enemies, negates their health regeneration, and applies partial blindness. All night passives become active during the day, and cooldowns are reduced by around 40%.
V4 abilities can also be upgraded further depending on what Gears you equip through Race Awakening.
