From there, players who push further can upgrade it into the True Manipulator Sword, which is widely considered one of the best weapons in the game, though it comes with a much heavier grind that includes unlocking Soul Society and farming rare boss drops.

How to Get the Manipulator Sword in Sailor Piece
To get the Manipulator Sword, head to Hollow Island and find the Manipulator Trainer NPC at the back of the island. He will give you a series of quests to complete one by one before you can purchase the sword.
Here are all the quests:
- Defeat 250 Hollow Enemies on Hollow Island. You can find them near the seashore, so use an AoE build to clear them quickly.
- Get the Shinigami Race. Use Race Rerolls to obtain it. Since it is Legendary rarity, adjust your settings to skip Epic races.
- Use a Worthiness Fragment. This is a drop from defeating Hollows. Once you have it, simply click the item to use it.
- Deal 350,000,000 Damage total. This does not need to be done in one go, so keep farming enemies and bosses until you reach it.
- Defeat the Manipulator Sword Boss 15 Times. The fastest way is to server hop once you have defeated the boss on your current server.
After completing all the quests, you still need to collect the following materials and bring them to the Manipulator Trainer NPC:
- 1x Hogyoku Fragment (1.28% drop from the Aizen Boss)
- 3x Reiatsu Core (3.21% drop from the Aizen Boss)
- 6x Illusion Prism (8.56% drop from the Aizen Boss)
- 10x Mirage Pendant (21.40% drop from the Aizen Boss)

How to Get the True Manipulator Sword in Sailor Piece
The True Manipulator Sword is the upgraded version of the Manipulator Sword and one of the best weapons in the game. However, getting it requires unlocking a new island and grinding some of the rarest drops in Sailor Piece. You also need to be at least Level 8,500 to begin.
Step 1: Unlock Soul Society Island
Head to Hollow Island and find the Hogyoku Quest NPC standing behind the giant furnaces on the left edge of the island. He will ask you to collect 6 Hogyoku Fragments scattered across different islands, including Hueco Mundo, Shibuya Station, and Snow Island. After collecting all 6, return to the NPC to unlock the Soul Society portal. You can then use that portal or any Teleport Portal to travel there.
Step 2: Collect the Required Materials
On Soul Society Island, find the True Manipulator Trainer NPC and gather the following:
- Own the Manipulator Sword
- 35,000 Gems
- Transcendent Being Title (low chance drop from the True Aizen Boss)
- 1x Evolution Fragment (0.43% drop from the True Aizen Boss)
- 3x Transcendent Core (0.86% drop from the True Aizen Boss)
- 8x Divinity Essence (3.48% drop from the True Aizen Boss)
- 15x Fusion Ring (10.17% drop from the True Aizen Boss)
- 75x Chrysalis Sigil (dropped by Quincy enemies on Soul Society Island)
Once you have everything, hand them to the True Manipulator Trainer NPC and the sword is yours.
How to Unlock the True Manipulator F Move
After obtaining the True Manipulator Sword, the F Move is locked until you complete a separate questline. Head to the rooftop of the tallest building in Soul Society and interact with the True Aizen F Mastery NPC. He will give you three quests:
- Defeat the True Manipulator Boss 15 times on Hard or Extreme difficulty.
- Obtain the Espada Clan using Clan Rerolls.
- Obtain and consume 5 Transmutation Shards. These are a Mythic-rarity drop from Quincy and Hollow enemies at Soul Society. Farming Hollows is the easier option since they are lower level.
Completing all three quests unlocks the F Move and gives your True Manipulator Sword a permanent +30% damage buff.
